Excellent City Stay
free oranges helpful staff close location great restaurants
My room was a Superior King Room. The room has complimentary oranges and apples. The staff was very helpful with all my requests. The location was quite close to restaurants and attractions.
The bedroom had poor lighting and bathroom had poor lighting. The wardrobe had no lighting.

Breakfast was fantastic and offered many options. I saw options to order pancakes, churros, and eggs. The breakfast room was not too crowded and the coffee tasted very good.

The hotel location is perfect, close to the old city. It is not directly in the Santa Cruz quarter. I could walk everywhere easily. A small square with orange trees provides a pretty view.

immaculate room high-end amenities helpful staff
The rooms are immaculate and bathrooms feature high-end Natura Bissé amenities. The staff was helpful. They greeted me upon arrival and bid farewell on departure. The hotel features a patio for dining. The rooftop pool is great during hot days.
Lighting in the bedroom was poor. It was difficult to see inside the wardrobe. The shower was also substandard.

orange basket nice treat
The staff addressed all needs promptly. They moved us to a room of our choice after our initial smaller room was not a good fit. I really loved the baskets of oranges around the rooms. These were nice treats!!!
The car parking cost was a bit much.

a gem in the heart
central location attentive staff good room
The hotel was very well located near the city centre. it took about fifteen minutes to walk to the cathedral. the staff were attentive and parked our car. our room was good. There were cakes and bottled water.
the bedroom and bathroom had very poor lighting. i could not see into the wardrobe since there was no lighting near it. the shower was not very good.
